These rugged general purpose lifts have a long track record of trouble-free performance. The cantilever design requires few moving parts for superior reliability. The design also incorporates a natural mechanical advantage that actually makes operation easier as the boat is raised higher.

Whether you require a lift capacity of 700 lbs., 4800 lbs. or anything in between, we have a cantilever lift to meet your needs.

Models under 2400 lbs. include a standard self-braking winch. 2400 lb. models and larger feature Hewitt's high-efficiency chain drive winch

WIDE 'N' LONG BODY LIFTS

These cantilever lifts are solidly built and heavily reinforced for today's extra wide, extra long craft. They include standard boat cradles or may be equipped with optional cradle systems for pontoon boats.

One optional cradle system is the Pontoon Rack Kit with Wood, shown above on a Wide 'N' Long Body Lift. A second system is the Adjustable Aluminum Pontoon Rack Kit (top inset photo). These two systems lift under the pontoon's deck and provide a guide to position your pontoon. A third cradle system is the Carpeted Wood Bed (bottom inset photo). This system features two fully adjustable bunks that cradle the pontoons and are covered with marine carpeting for full length protection.

All Wide 'N' Long models feature Hewitt's high efficiency self-braking chain-driven winch with enclosed gears and front and rear leveling legs.

A convenient electric winch is also available as an option.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS THAT MAKE HEWITT LIFTS THE MOST DURABLE IN THE INDUSTRY!
Self-adjusting cradles and keel protectors, rubber end caps and spinner knob are standard on all models. Optional deluxe rubber cradles and keel protectors are also available.	Leveling legs are standard for models 1800 lbs. and up – optional on smaller lifts. Exterior mounted legs with stainless steel quick pins allow easier adjustment and help prevent jamming.
Weight is carried on large, double reinforced pivot points, not just a bolt.	Material thru-hole construction provides superior strength. We don't rely on welding only.
Extra large gussets are used to increase stability and minimize stress on the frame.	Reinforced pulley boxes, acetal delrin plastic pulleys and stainless steel cable – not rope.
